TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Legal Home Loans Referral Campaign May 2020 (“the Program”) allows our existing clients to refer a practising friend or colleague (“Legal Professional’). If the ‘Legal Professional’ applies for and settles a loan with Legal Home Loans you will each receive a Mont Blanc PIX Rollerball Pen (“the Gift”) valued at RRP $390.

Definitions:

“Legal Professional” refers to any lawyer or barrister who maintains a practising certificate.

“Gift” is Mont Blanc PIX Rollerball Pen or a product of a similar type and value due to availability.

Term and Conditions and Eligibility Criteria:

  1. There is a limit of 1 ‘Gift’ for an existing client regardless of the number of referred ‘Legal Professionals’ that settles and eligible mortgage loan.

  2. There is a limit of one ‘Gift’ for a ‘Legal Professional’ that settles an eligible mortgage loan.

  3. The ‘Legal Professional’ must Legal Home Loans between 1 May 2020 and 31 May 2020.

  4. The mortgage loan must settle by 31 December 2020.

  5. Existing client’s own mortgage loans and non-‘Legal Professional’ referral are not eligible for the ‘Program’.

  6. Mortgage loans must have a minimum settled amount of $250,000.

  7. The existing client and the ‘Legal Professional’ will be mailed the Gift to their specified address only upon settlement of the ‘Legal Professional’s mortgage loan, within thirty (30) days of settlement.

  8. The ‘Program’ is only applicable to Australian customers.

 

Referral Limitations

You must only forward the email to a close ‘Legal Professional’ friend or colleague who has consented. You must not forward the email to multiple recipients. You must not ‘spam’ recipients with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Referral links must not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

 

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Legalhomeloans.com.au website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
